  • Please allow up to 20 business days to process and complete your custom wigsPlease don't send an email enquiring about your order unless the time frame has lapsed or you have paid for weekly updates, you will only receive an update if there are delays or once it has been shipped. Custom wig orders placed with Klarna take 37 business days to process and complete 
  • Delays are to be expected during SALE periods, please be patient as we work through orders chronologically based on order date. 
  • Cancelled orders by customers due to a long process time will also be given a partial refund, to cover admin and shipping costs (£50). In special circumstances of issuing refunds the lace MUST remain uncut, shipping and service costs (30%) won't be refunded.
  • WigsByTee is NOT responsible for any improperly fit units if you failed to purchase the correct size.
  • Generic sizing will be applied for orders were custom measurements are NOT provided 
  • Before purchasing, please make sure your SHIPPING & BILLING address is the same, if not , you will be FULLY REFUNDED, addresses cannot be changed once the order has been made 
  • WigsByTee is NOT responsible for any damaged, delayed or LOST packages once it is in the shipping couriers possession.
  • Customers are liable to pay any custom/duty charges when receiving your package.

Terms of Service

WigsByTee's terms of service are as follows:

  • You, as the customer, are fully aware of the transaction being made while using a credit/debit card possessed by you for this purchase. You as the customer, also agree to the terms of services and policies stated above. 

DELIVERY – What are my delivery options?

All packages will be sent out via Royal Mail Delivery Service Monday to Saturday business days ONLY after the 20 business day processing time. 

Tracking number is provided for ALL Delivery Services via email once dispatched. Prices will vary depending on destination and number of products purchased. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to be updated once confirmation has been received.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct as this can't be changed once your order has been placed. 

 INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

All International packages will be sent by DHL customers are liable to pay any custom tax or duties on their shipping, if they have been informed to do so by their local authority. WigsByTee are not responsible for these charges and have no control over the costs, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country..

Africa: Estimated Delivery 2-5 working days £40
Europe & UK: Estimated Delivery 3-5 working days £40
North America: Estimated Delivery up to 5 working days £40
Rest of the World: Estimated Delivery 3-7 working days  up to £40

As an international customer, if you have not received your wig by the said time frame, please contact the courier as soon as possible, there is a higher chance of resolving the query with them directly much sooner rather than later

Queries & Refund Policy

Queries

Once you have received your wig any issues or queries should be reported to us via email within 4 working days of receiving your unit along with photographic evidence, failure to do so will result in us not being able to assist with your query. Customers querying are responsible for shipping of the wig being sent back to us within 1 working day of an agreed return. 

Do not return any item without informing us and providing us with tracking. If done so the return will be rejected.


Refunds
We have a strict no refund policy. All sales are final, so please proceed to purchase with full certainty. Digital products are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)
We have a strict 14 day returns policy. All sales are final, so please proceed to the checkout with full certainty. Cancelled orders by customers due to a long process time will be given a store credit refund. In special circumstances of issuing refunds the lace must remain uncut and shipping and service costs (25-50%) won't be refunded.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet after 3-5 working days, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We currently do not do exchanges only refunds. please read the terms on how to get a refund.

Shipping
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Do not return any item without informing us and providing us with tracking. If done so the return will be rejected.

If you are shipping an item over £100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if a trackable service isn't used.
