Queries

Once you have received your wig any issues or queries should be reported to us within 3-4 working days of receiving your unit, failure to do so will result in us not being able to assist with your query. Customers querying are responsible for shipping of the wig being sent back to us.


Refunds
We have a strict no refund policy. All sales are final, so please proceed to purchase with full certainty.

Refunds (if applicable)
We have a strict 14 day returns policy. All sales are final, so please proceed to the checkout with full certainty. Cancelled orders by customers due to a long process time will be given a partial refund, to cover admin and shipping costs. In special circumstances of issuing refunds the lace must remain uncut and shipping and service costs (25%) won't be refunded.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet after 3-5 working days, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We currently do not do exchanges only refunds. please read the terms on how to get a refund.

Shipping
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over £100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if a trackable service isn't used.
