Policies

  • Business days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays)
  • Delivery options are just shipping methods
  • Please allow up to 20 business days to process and complete your wigsPlease don't send an email enquiring about your order unless the time frame has lapsed or you have paid for weekly updates, you will only receive an update if there are delays or once it has been shipped. 
  • Accessories are shipped out within 2-4 working days, they cannot be returned if the seal has been broken
  • Hair orders take up to 12 business days to process and deliver 
  • No Discounts can be applied to Ready to ship units, they are shipped within 24-48 hours
  • Wig Revamps are for our wigs ONLY 
  • Delays are to be expected during sale periods, please be patient as we work through orders chronologically based on order date. 
  • Cancelled orders by customers due to a long process time will also be given a partial refund, to cover admin and shipping costs (£40). In special circumstances of issuing refunds the lace must remain uncut and shipping and service costs (20%) won't be refunded.
  • WigsByTee is NOT responsible for any improperly fit units if you failed to purchase the correct size. 
  • Before purchasing, please make sure your SHIPPING & BILLING address is the same, if not , you will be COMPLETELY REFUNDED. 
  • WigsByTee is NOT responsible for any damaged, delayed or LOST packages once it is in the shipping couriers possession.
