WIG DENSITY– How thick will my wig be?

All wigs are 180% Density unless stated otherwise. Which is standard for a closure and 2-4 bundles depending on the length of the hair.

WIG SECURITY – Will my wig fall off?

All wigs will come with wig combs and a woven elastic band for support, security and your sanity (if it’s your first wig of course). From our own personal experience both wig combs and a woven band are enough to have your wig lying flat and securely. You can also choose for the lace to be cut off your unit by doing so you accept that the unit is non-refundable.

PROCESSING TIME - How long does it take to make any of your wigs?

Business days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays)

Please allow up to 20 business days to process and complete your wig or any hair purchases . Please don't send an email enquiring about your order unless the time frame has lapsed or you have paid for weekly updates, you will only receive an update if there are delays or once it has been shipped. 

Delays are to be expected during sale periods, please be patient as we work through orders chronologically based on order date. 

DELIVERY – What are my delivery options?

All UK packages will be sent out via PARCELFORCE Delivery Service Monday to Friday ONLY. Tracking number is provided for ALL Delivery Services. Prices will vary dependent on destination and number of products purchased. Deliveries may be delayed due to the current pandemic. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to be updated once confirmation has been received.

 Standard Delivery is 2 working days- £5.99

Next Working Day Delivery - £8.99

Next Working Day Delivery by 12pm - £9.99

Please ensure your shipping address is correct as this can't be changed once your order has been placed. 

 INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

All International packages will be sent by PARCELFORCE during the pandemic, customers are liable to pay any custom tax or duties on their shipping, if they have been informed to do so by their local authority. WigsByTee are not responsible for these charges and have no control over the costs, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country..

 Europe: Estimated Delivery 2-4 working days £13.99
 North America: Estimated Delivery up to 4 working days £18.99
 Rest of the World: Estimated Delivery 2-5 working days  up to £19.99
