- Business days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays)
- Delivery options are just shipping methods
- Please allow up to 20 business days to process and complete your custom wigs. Please don't send an email enquiring about your order unless the time frame has lapsed or you have paid for weekly updates, you will only receive an update if there are delays or once it has been shipped.
- Delays are to be expected during SALE periods, please be patient as we work through orders chronologically based on order date.
- Cancelled orders by customers due to a long process time will also be given a partial refund, to cover admin and shipping costs (£50). In special circumstances of issuing refunds the lace MUST remain uncut, shipping and service costs (30%) won't be refunded.
- WigsByTee is NOT responsible for any improperly fit units if you failed to purchase the correct size.
- Generic sizing will be applied for orders were custom measurements are NOT provided
- Before purchasing, please make sure your SHIPPING & BILLING address is the same, if not , you will be FULLY REFUNDED, addresses cannot be changed once the order has been made
- WigsByTee is NOT responsible for any damaged, delayed or LOST packages once it is in the shipping couriers possession.
- Customers are liable to pay any custom/duty charges when receiving your package.

- You, as the customer, are fully aware of the transaction being made while using a credit/debit card possessed by you for this purchase. You as the customer, also agree to the terms of services and policies stated above.
