DELIVERY – What are my delivery options?

All UK packages will be sent out via PARCELFORCE Delivery Service Monday to Friday ONLY. 

Tracking number is provided for ALL Delivery Services. Prices will vary dependent on destination and number of products purchased. Deliveries may be delayed due to the current pandemic. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to be updated once confirmation has been received.

Standard Delivery is 2-4 working days- £5.99

Express Delivery is 1-3 working days - £6.99

Next Working Day Delivery - £8.99

Next Working Day Delivery by 12pm - £9.99

Please ensure your shipping address is correct as this can't be changed once your order has been placed. 

 INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

All International packages will be sent by PARCELFORCE during the pandemic, customers are liable to pay any custom tax or duties on their shipping, if they have been informed to do so by their local authority. WigsByTee are not responsible for these charges and have no control over the costs, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country..

 Europe: Estimated Delivery 2-4 working days £13.99
 North America: Estimated Delivery up to 4 working days £18.99
 Rest of the World: Estimated Delivery 2-5 working days  up to £19.99 

 

Queries & Refund Policy

Queries

Once you have received your wig any issues or queries should be reported to us within 3-4 working days of receiving your unit, failure to do so will result in us not being able to assist with your query. Customers querying are responsible for payment of the wig being sent back to us.


Refunds
We have a strict no refund policy. All sales are final, so please proceed to purchase with full certainty.

Refunds (if applicable)
We have a strict 14 day returns policy. All sales are final, so please proceed to the checkout with full certainty. Cancelled orders by customers due to a long process time will also be given a partial refund, to cover admin and shipping costs. In special circumstances of issuing refunds the lace must remain uncut and shipping and service costs (20%) won't be refunded.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet after 3-5 working days, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at wigsbyteee@gmail.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We currently do not do exchanges only refunds. please read the terms on how to get a refund.

Shipping
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over £100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if a trackable service isn't used.

  • Delivery options are just shipping methods

  • Accessories are shipped out within 2-3 working days, they cannot be returned if the seal has been broken
  • Hair orders take up to 12 business days to process and deliver 
  • No Discounts can be applied to Ready to ship units, they are shipped within 24-48 hours
  • Wig Revamps are for our wigs ONLY 
  • Delays are to be expected during sale periods, please be patient as we work through orders chronologically based on order date. 
  • Cancelled orders by customers due to a long process time will also be given a partial refund, to cover admin and shipping costs (£40). In special circumstances of issuing refunds the lace MUST remain uncut, shipping and service costs (20%) won't be refunded.
  • WigsByTee is NOT responsible for any improperly fit units if you failed to purchase the correct size.
  • Generic sizing will be applied for orders were custom measurements are NOT provided 
  • Before purchasing, please make sure your SHIPPING & BILLING address is the same, if not , you will be COMPLETELY REFUNDED. 
  • WigsByTee is NOT responsible for any damaged, delayed or LOST packages once it is in the shipping couriers possession.
